That's fantastic if we can do it and the county clerks will cooperate

its not fancy, but it askes everything the county needs plus where they heard about the program and if they are a student

If that's just contact info, great. If that's links to an application or whatever, that's fine too.

it is not that only the students can't apply, they just don't have it

yes, we'll just need to be very tight on turnaround

and train students aggressively on making sure they apply to the right county

I would say we provide links to the online apps of the counties who allow it, and PDFs of the apps not online

Providing applciation does not give us any indication as to what counties will do

i know some will but we'll have to confirm

we won't know if we reached the grant requirement until after its over

I say poll worker website has contact info, name of Fellow, and force them to select a participating county. When they submit, it takes them to a page with links to online apps or PDFs.
